Everyday I'm Shuffling.

The title is actually really true. Everyday, it seems to be the same, like i'm never moving forward, never getting anywhere. Remember when I said I loved my best friend, well he recently got a girlfriend and I actually wasn't bothered- it meant that I could finally move on. So, that means, I don't actually like anybody. For the first time in my life, I don't like anybody(apart from famous people...obvs) and it feels so strange. Good things come to those who wait, right? I've been single for nearly two years now. And I'm not being bigheaded, but even some of the fittest lads I know are like 'wow, i'm surprised no ones snapped you up..' but then, I think "well, why haven't you?" It's like, I get to a certain stage and then everything just stops. However, I don't mind waiting as such, because maybe one day I'll get my knight in shining armour quicker than most people. Playing the waiting game just gets a little same old same old, a little boring...

Dreams.

Out of everything that can be taken away from you, the ability to dream will always remain. That is one of the things that warms my heart the most. Like everyone, I think about things that I'd love to come true- sometimes, I even believe they will. People can tell you you're stupid, but you can guarantee they also dream about something that is not within their reach.

The Royal Wedding took place today- and I believe that was a fairytale I watched today. Catherine(Kate) Middleton simply went to university to progress with her studies- who would have known Prince William went there too. The fact that, growing up, Kate had pictures of him on her wall, and today he placed a ring upon her finger- it's almost impossible to imagine; but it happened. People probably told her she was mad for liking him from afar, but just look at her now. Princess Catherine.

Stories like this make dreaming even more special, because these guys are living proof that dreams can come true. Good things come to those who wait, and it certainly did for Kate. I just love their whole story and I'm totally mesmerised with it. Perhaps my dream might come true one day, too. In a way, Kate is one of my idols because of her perseverance. She liked the guy, got to know him, yet remained herself throughout. It's easy to see why Prince William fell for her.

Idols/Inspirations.

Today in school, we had a health awareness day. People came in to talk to us about alcohol and drugs, impact and consequence, community, and smoking. In one particular class, they asked us who our idols were. Being in school, I was a little bit brain dead and the first person who came into my head was my Dad. And its true, my dad is my main idol/role model. Along with my mum of corse, I love them both.

But, my Dad isn't really well known-is he? I mean, I could go on and on but nobody would probably care because he isn't a big name. So, hows about I pick some more famous people, and see if I get a better reaction?

Jessie J

Now probably, some people think this ones a little bit stupid. 'She's not been out there for very long' blah blah blah. Truth is, she's been working her butt off for 6 years doing what she loves best- songwriting. She's wrote for various other big names. Initially, I didn't quite like her. But it wasn't until I stopped making judgements and actually listened to her that I started having more of an open mind.

She actually has talent

She writes from the heart

She's a true inspiration of mind because she's not afraid of being herself. She is who she is- Jessie J.

 Rihanna

Rihanna inspires me so so so much. Like Jessie, she's herself and will not change for anybody. Her songs are incredible- from catchy beats to tearful ballads; she can do it all. The picture is kind of like the evolution of the bajan beauty. Her red hair embraces her fiery personality and I just love her.

Pixie Lott

I believe Pixie Lott is one of the most beautiful women in the world- it's an absolute honour to have people say I look like her. She's everything I aspire to be. 

Other people that inspire me:

One Direction- for not giving up on their dreams. They prove the younger generation do have talent, and that if you really try- you will succeed(Liam alone proves that.) Harry proves that you can still be serious about singing, but have a cheeky side. Niall proves hard work playing an instrument really does get recognised. Zayn proves that everybody in a band gets recognition. And finally, Louis proves that not everyone in showbiz is stuck up.

Lady Gaga- because I now accept who I am. I accept that everybody is different, but everybody is also beautiful. 

Fizzy Drinks Lip Balms!

I don't know about you, but I occasionally like a refreshing, cool fizzy drink. 

What if you could get them in a lip balm, so you can have a taste anytime you want?

Tadaaa!

These have been out for god knows how long, but I've finally gone and bought myself one! It was a spontaneous thing because I was at the tills in Primark and they were 1 pound 50 and there was a tub full right next to me...I had to have one :P

So I got the Sprite one, but there's pretty much every fizzy drink to choose from :) It's not sticky and gives a lovely, healthy shine to my lips.  They smell great too, just like the drinks! I recommend them!

Stars and Stripes.

Watching the repeat of 90210(best tv show everr!), trying to get into the American spirit...

I love this top so much! It hangs lovely and it's strange because red reeeally isn't my colour, but the blue so is. And luckily, the top suits me- so for once, i don't actually mind wearing red without worrying if i look like a tomato or not! :)


I love the whole American vibe, I'd love to see every single part of it. Miami, Boston, New York; everywhere. In the future, I have the opportunity to go and work in America for a short time, and I think I might take it :)
